Who is feeling better overall are noticing a speed and the ability to automatically add a "widget" on the home screen for new downloaded applications. In reality this seems to be a "widget" but simple shortcut you add on our home when we go to download a new application. Option can be disabled from the menu anyway.
Also here's a small changelog "semi-official", with modifications, however, already present in previous versions of the Android Market:
