Skype now available for Nokia Belle

Skype client also officially arrives on Nokia (Symbian) Belle, with new graphics. In the next updates will include support for video calls.

Skype is now compatible with Nokia smartphones 700, 701 and 603, or the current device with the new version of Symbian, renamed Nokia Belle .
The version of the application corresponds to 2.1.23 , and weighs about 6.3 MB . Currently allows you to take advantage of Skype's basic functions, such as importing contacts, IM and VoIP calls between Skype contacts.


As you can see from the screenshots, Skype for Nokia Belle integrates graphically with the new UI system. The menu bar above and below are in fact fully Belle, as well as general graphics application.
Fine Currently Skype for Nokia allows you to:

    Make VoIP calls Skype-to-Skype calls, exchange text messages with their contacts in both 3G and in WiFi.
    To call landlines and cell phones or sending text messages using your Skype Credit
    Share photos, images and more with your contacts.

However, Skype is also available for Symbian ^ 3 and Symbian Anna on Nokia Store.
